The Problem

As COSRX expanded across Western markets and prepared to launch a new product line, House of Marketers was tasked with developing a creator strategy that could drive growth while preserving brand equity and long-term authority in a highly competitive beauty category.  

The brand faced three challenges:

  • Scaling TikTok Shop with conversion-first execution. TikTok Shop presented a high-growth opportunity, but scaling efficiently required a creator strategy built specifically for conversion, alongside awareness-led reach.
  • Differentiating in a saturated global skincare market. Intense competition across K-beauty and global skincare categories made standout visibility and sustained creator-led differentiation critical.
  • Launching a new product line without diluting brand equity. The introduction of a new hair care line required rapid market penetration while preserving COSRX’s existing skincare authority and brand trust.

To succeed, COSRX needed a strategy that could drive immediate sales while building durable, creator-led credibility to support long-term growth.

Target audience

COSRX’s campaign was targeted at Gen Z and Millennial beauty consumers across the US, UK, and Europe who actively discover products through TikTok routines, reviews, and creator-led education.

Our Approach

House of Marketers built an always-on, full-funnel K-beauty influencer engine designed to do one thing exceptionally well: convert at scale. House of Marketers deployed a multi-market creator framework to ensure that COSRX never dropped out of the conversation. House of Marketers’ role focused on creator-led amplification, supporting their TikTok Shop performance, and UGC execution, supporting both online and offline brand moments through influencer activity.

Our strategy was built on:

  • A multi-tier creator mix, combining top-tier routine creators, mid-tier reviewers, and micro and nano TikTok Shop converters
  • Monthly gifting waves focused on hero products and new launches to sustain momentum
  • Tailored product education, ensuring creators produced high-quality, conversion-driven content
  • Market-specific execution across the US, UK, and Europe to maintain relevance at scale.

As part of COSRX’s European expansion, the brand launched a 17-day pop-up activation in Paris, with House of Marketers supporting the activation through influencer-led amplification and creator visibility.

Located on a high-footfall street, the pop-up relied primarily on organic foot traffic to drive interest, supported by PR and influencer visibility, allowing the brand to connect directly with consumers and build early momentum in the market.

The 17-day pop-up event in Paris drove 3.2M organic views and an 18% uplift in DTC sales.

Results

During the campaign, COSRX turned into a TikTok Shop growth engine. Across COSRX’s K-beauty influencer and UGC campaign, House of Marketers delivered scalable, conversion-led performance on TikTok by combining always-on creator activity with education-first, routine-based content optimised for TikTok Shop.

As LG Household & Health Care scaled its K-beauty portfolio on TikTok, the challenge extended beyond individual campaigns. To revolutionize Rimmel’s marketing strategy, our team placed creators and social media influencers at the heart of their wider media plan. Biodance is a skin care brand. Their product range includes a collagen hydrogel mask that tightens, deeply hydrates, and minimizes pores for smooth, plump skin. Made from 34g of serum, it becomes transparent as it penetrates deep layers, enhancing elasticity and reducing wrinkles. The product has been formulated with Oligo-hyaluronic acid and probiotics, it’s hypoallergenic and free of 19 harmful ingredients.

The Problem

House of Marketers were handed the challenge of elevating Biodance’s visibility and community engagement in a unique way that would really help Biodance stand out in a growingly crowded collagen mask market.

 Attracting a diverse audience of millennials and generation Z was an objective we were tasked with.

Target audience

Our Approach

Biodance really needed to differentiate from the competition, and this led us to really hyper-target a very specific community; dancing and performance art enthusiasts. The strategy involved leveraging TikTok, a platform known its high engagement levels within the dance and performing arts communities.

Top creators belonging to these communities were then partnered, and the campaign’s core was to create and share captivating content that reflects the essence of Biodance, including performances, behind-the-scenes peeks, and interactive live sessions. Other creatives presented the morning routine of the creators, demonstrating how to apply the collagen mask, whilst highlighting the unique benefits of the product.

Using a very targeted and customised approach led us to leave an outstanding impression on the target market, bringing Biodance to the palms and tips of everybody’s hands within the TikTok dance community; boosting Biodance’s TikTok community by an incredible 10,000 followers.

House of Marketers faced the challenge of positioning D’Alba’s White Truffle Spray Serum as the top hydration product within the highly competitive US and Spain beauty and skincare markets. The primary obstacles included overcoming brand recognition obstacles, differentiating the product in a crowded space, and appealing to the discerning young female consumer audience.

Our Approach

Our agency’s approach involved leveraging the power of influencers to navigate these challenges, elevating D’Alba’s brand visibility and desirability. By collaborating with trusted voices in the beauty community, we aimed to highlight the unique benefits of the White Truffle Spray Serum, fostering a strong connection with potential customers and establishing D’Alba as a leading name in skincare.

A collective of skincare professionals, beauty fanatics and UGC beauty professional creators were utilised to communicate the unique benefits and differentiations of their Serum via the power of  emotional testimonials, humour and entertaining, but insightful videos, all bearing strong call-to-actions.

We partnered with 97 creators to build powerful content. Some creators outlined optimal application techniques, and provided concise product reviews during their regular day in engaging narrative formats. Whilst some creators applied their makeup whilst having natural conversations with their children.

We found particular success when partnering credible dermatologist creators in our creator network that had proven to be successful on other campaigns also.
