OUR CLIENT
Livisto is a European pet care brand offering health and wellness solutions for dogs and cats. The brand already had a foundation in pet health products, but wanted to build stronger brand awareness and trust as it expanded into new markets and launched new products like Pulsix alongside established ones like V-Skin and Zoolac.

Rather than lean on traditional advertising, House of Marketers worked with pet-loving creators and pet health experts on Instagram and TikTok to introduce Livisto’s products through genuine, everyday content, aiming to turn the brand into a trusted name for pet health across each market it entered.
The Problem
Livisto needed to build brand awareness and consumer trust for its pet care products across several distinct European markets, each with its own language, culture, and pet-owner community. Rather than lead with a hard sales push, the brand wanted an approach that felt authentic and educational.
The challenge required a strategy that could accomplish the following:
- Build reach through relatable, native content, using creators who authentically documented everyday life with their pets, from casual pet owners to established pet health experts.
- Launch a new product, Pulsix, alongside two existing products, V-Skin and Zoolac, using a consistent creator-led approach that could scale across four markets at once.
- Rely on organic, educational storytelling rather than traditional advertising, without a hard sales push or direct buy link in most campaigns.
Livisto needed a creator-led, platform-native strategy that could introduce and reinforce multiple products across several markets at the same time.
Target audience
Across Italy, Germany, Poland, and Spain, the campaign focus was on reaching:
- Pet owners looking for trustworthy, everyday solutions to common pet health issues like ear care and parasite protection
- Breed-specific and pet-loving communities who regularly share their pets' daily lives with online audiences
- Pet health experts who could speak to each product's benefits with authority and credibility
- Families interested in relatable, non-promotional content that features real pets rather than traditional advertising
Across all three campaigns, this pet-loving creator segment consistently produced the strongest results, confirming pet lovers and pet health experts as Livisto’s most valuable creator category to prioritize going forward.
Our Approach
To build awareness for V-Skin, Zoolac, and Pulsix across four markets, House of Marketers built a creator-led strategy centered on micro-influencers, a tier that allowed the team to generate a higher volume of authentic content across each market without relying on hard sales messaging.
Content leaned into genuine, unfiltered formats. Creators filmed real, at-home moments with their pets, several using playful AI voice effects to give their pets a “voice,” and blended in dynamic video takes, voice-over narration, and lighthearted, skit-style storytelling that organically introduced each product’s key benefits. Products were shown in full, natural shots rather than staged close-ups, helping build clarity around each product without it feeling like traditional advertising.
Paid boosting was layered on top of organic influencer content in each market, helping the campaigns achieve strong viewership even without a direct buy link. Several creators also reshared their videos on secondary channels at no extra cost, extending organic reach on top of the paid media plan.
Results of the Livisto Influencer Marketing Case Study
House of Marketers ran three creator-led campaigns for Livisto, introducing and reinforcing three pet care products, V-Skin Ear Cleaner Aloe Vera, Zoolac, and Pulsix, across four European markets.
Campaign outcomes included the following:
- 8.8 million total views across 33 videos and 32 creators
- 4.19 million views and a 1.9% engagement rate for V-Skin in Italy, including 42,100 additional views from organically reshared videos
- 2 million views for Zoolac in Germany.
- 2.65 million views for Pulsix across Poland and Spain, with the strongest reach on both platforms coming from TikTok
- 10 videos reshared organically across the three campaigns at no additional media cost
A recurring theme across all three campaigns was the strength of genuine, unfiltered content. Creators who filmed real moments with their pets, in several cases using playful AI voice effects to give their pets a “voice,” consistently produced some of the best-performing videos in every market.
