Best Influencer Marketing Agencies in London

The agency wins the pitch. You have to defend the decision.

That is why a wall of client logos should make you curious, not comfortable. A luxury hotel launch, a student app and a supermarket sponsorship need different kinds of influence. Hire against the wrong evidence and you can receive every promised post without solving the problem that justified the budget.

Campaign results you can verify are the only defensible starting point for calling an agency “best”. The useful questions are less glamorous than the pitch: what changed, who did the work, and does the result resemble what you need?

This guide examines 19 providers, from campaign-management agencies to talent representatives and luxury communications specialists. Their services are not interchangeable. Read for the evidence you will need at the budget review, not the largest number on the page.

Our Methodology

We reviewed named campaigns, published results and service descriptions against six considerations: brand portfolio, case-study transparency, ROI metrics, specialisation depth, market presence and client testimonials. Campaign evidence comes first; the other considerations help establish fit.

Linked sources let you check what was reported. They do not constitute an independent audit of campaign data. We distinguish views from purchases, programme results from individual posts, and an agency’s contribution from a wider launch. Where a provider publishes partnership credentials but no quantified advertiser outcome, we say so.

House of Marketers publishes this guide and appears first. The other agencies are listed by HoM Score.

London connections are identified below, but the cited campaigns span several markets. Confirm who would deliver your work and where your customers would be reached.

1. House of Marketers

HoM Score: 5.0/5
London, UK
House of Marketers website screenshot

An app install matters more when the user goes on to spend. Our YourParkingSpace campaign reports 36,000+ installs, 210,000+ clicks and 19 million+ impressions, alongside a 57% increase in revenue per user among 18–24-year-olds. That last figure concerns one age group’s spending, not a 57% increase in the company’s total revenue.

Our team’s experience also includes contributing to Rimmel London’s Thrill Seeker launch, which reported a 300% sales increase against typical launches and seven sell-outs. Creator assets ran across social, paid media, television and outdoor advertising. Those are launch-level results, not sales attributable to influencer posts alone.

For Tim Hortons, 31 creators produced 61 assets and 807,000+ views across TikTok and Instagram, with a 5.17% TikTok engagement rate. Together, these cases show three different briefs: acquisition, a coordinated product launch and seasonal awareness. They should be judged differently.

Key Services

House of Marketers’ Unique Edge?

Creator work that continues beyond the original post

Rimmel’s campaign illustrates the value of planning reuse before production. A creator asset can serve several channels when its rights, format and message have been agreed in advance. Our combined creator and paid-social scope makes that coordination part of the brief.

Who is House of Marketers Best For?

Brands buying creator content and distribution together

Consumer, beauty and app teams seeking a coordinated programme. Bring the acquisition or launch target you need to defend. Ask us to separate creator costs, production, usage rights and media spend, then explain how the proposed measurement will connect to your business records.

2. WE ARE KOMODO

HoM Score: 4.4/5
London, UK
WE ARE KOMODO website screenshot

Fashion content needs a reason to exist after the outfit reveal. In Komodo’s Selfie Leslie programme, creator hauls and ambassador partnerships included affiliate codes that connected exposure to shopping. The agency reports $675,000 in sales and more than 6,000 code uses over three months, across activity involving US and Australian creators.

That is useful commercial evidence, although reported sales without a full cost base do not establish profit. A second case, PUMA’s Fenty Creeper launch, reports 3.2 million+ impressions and 4,600 clicks from a creator programme across five European markets.

Key Services

WE ARE KOMODO’s Unique Edge?

Fashion partnerships with a defined route to purchase

Selfie Leslie gives a buyer something more concrete than a fashionable client list: content, repeat partnerships and trackable codes within one programme. Ask how Komodo would adapt that model to your margins, stock availability and customer geography.

Who is WE ARE KOMODO Best For?

Fashion and beauty brands coordinating launch content and sales

Teams needing creators, production and distribution across markets. Request the split between affiliate-attributed sales, paid-media results and other sales activity. Include discounts and creator fees when assessing the commercial return.

3. SocialChain

HoM Score: 4.2/5
London, UK; the case below was delivered by its US team
SocialChain website screenshot

One successful post does not solve the problem of what to publish next. SocialChain’s Music on TikTok work is more relevant to that recurring challenge: its US team reports 232 million+ video views and 4.5 million+ engagements across an ongoing programme that included artist features, community activity and themed campaigns.

This was work for TikTok’s music presence, not proof of privileged access to the recommendation algorithm. Nor should a US team’s result be presented as a London team’s delivery record. Evaluate the repeat publishing model, not assumed platform privileges.

Key Services

SocialChain’s Unique Edge?

Building a continuing channel rather than a single campaign burst

The Music on TikTok example connects recurring editorial decisions with community participation. That is a different operating requirement from commissioning a handful of launch posts: somebody must keep deciding what the audience has a reason to return for.

Who is SocialChain Best For?

Brands funding an ongoing social and community operation

Entertainment and consumer teams needing a sustained publishing programme. Ask which proposed team members handled the relevant case, how audience responses influence the next brief, and who owns the day-to-day account decisions.

4. Seed Marketing

HoM Score: 4.2/5
London, UK
Seed Marketing website screenshot

A queue outside an event and a view on a phone are different kinds of participation. Seed’s Spotify Greasy Tunes activation gives buyers both to examine: 56.7 million impressions, more than 14,000 people on the waitlist and 2,700 tickets claimed for a four-day Shoreditch event.

Seed turned a café into a Spotify experience, with personalised playlist ideas, creator hosts, podcasts and live performances. The format gave people something to attend and something to share. Tickets claimed are not necessarily paid ticket sales, and the case does not establish subscription revenue.

Key Services

Seed Marketing’s Unique Edge?

Giving creators and their audiences something to do together

The Spotify case is useful when participation is part of the brief. The physical experience provides the material for creator content, rather than asking creators to make a conventional announcement interesting on their own.

Who is Seed Marketing Best For?

Brands combining youth-community events with creator distribution

Entertainment, lifestyle and consumer teams able to fund the experience as well as its promotion. Agree how attendance, ticket claims, waitlist demand and social reach will be reported separately. A sold-out event does not reveal who became a customer.

5. YRS TRULY

HoM Score: 4.2/5
London, UK
YRS TRULY website screenshot

A game launch needs to earn the attention of existing fans without speaking only to them. YRS TRULY’s Borderlands 4 campaign for 2K addressed that problem with education, specialist creators, live activity and hands-on events across preview, pre-launch and release.

The agency reports 27 million+ views, 375,000 hours watched by launch weekend and a 6.07% average engagement rate. Its 465 pieces of content included both paid and organic work. Activations ranged from a custom Twitch overlay to in-character appearances at London Waterloo.

The published results quantify attention and engagement; they do not disclose game sales attributable to the programme.

Key Services

  • Gaming campaign strategy
  • Specialist creator partnerships
  • Creative and interactive content production
  • Launch events and multi-market coordination

YRS TRULY’s Unique Edge?

Different ways into the same game

The Borderlands plan gave returning players, peripheral audiences and established fans different reasons to participate. That is a stronger basis for casting than selecting the largest gaming channels and giving every creator the same brief.

Who is YRS TRULY Best For?

Games publishers with a staged launch and distinct player communities

Teams needing specialist knowledge and several formats across a release calendar. Ask how activity will connect to wishlists, installs or sales data available to your business, and how creator approvals will work around embargoes and changing launch assets.

6. Pepper

HoM Score: 4.2/5
London, UK
Pepper website screenshot

The most revealing line in Pepper’s Wisdom oral-care case is its admission that inconsistent use of tracking links skewed click data. That is the sort of detail a buyer should want to see discussed, not polished out of the report.

The programme targeted UK women aged 18–34 through routines, humour and product-led content across TikTok and Instagram, with paid distribution. Pepper reports impressions 53% above benchmark and clicks 61% above benchmark, although the absolute benchmarks are not published. The case also describes stronger early performance from larger creators than from its initial micro-creator approach.

The lesson is to test creator fit, not assume one tier will always outperform.

Key Services

Pepper’s Unique Edge?

Showing the changes behind the headline result

The Wisdom account includes creative, casting and tracking lessons. That gives buyers a concrete way to assess how the agency responds when its first plan needs adjustment. Ask to see a sample report that separates reliable findings from incomplete data.

Who is Pepper Best For?

Consumer brands prepared to test and revise the campaign

Teams coordinating creator content, paid media and internal measurement. Establish a single link convention, reporting owner and agreed benchmark before launch. Then require the agency to explain which finding changed the next decision.

7. Media Bodies

HoM Score: 3.9/5
London, UK
Media Bodies website screenshot

The second campaign should benefit from what the first one taught you. Media Bodies’ Air Up programme describes that process across more than 100 influencer collaborations and 200 million+ views. The figure covers the programme, not a single month.

The work combined TikTok and YouTube content with Instagram activity, using links and creator codes to track response. Media Bodies also negotiated Spark Ads usage rights for selected content and adjusted creator choices and formats as the programme developed.

Key Services

Media Bodies’ Unique Edge?

Using each campaign to inform the next

Air Up’s recurring programme gives the agency repeated opportunities to change casting, messaging and distribution. Ask what it stopped doing as well as what it scaled. A useful reporting process should show where the next pound of budget will go differently.

Who is Media Bodies Best For?

Consumer brands building repeat creator programmes

Teams with the budget and measurement access for successive campaign rounds. Require separate platform and paid-versus-organic results. Clarify how code-based sales will be reconciled with your own records and which production assets remain available for further advertising.

8. Tap Lab

HoM Score: 3.9/5
London, UK
Tap Lab website screenshot

“Gen Z” is too broad to be a useful creator brief. Tap Lab gives buyers a narrower proposition through its student and education-focused creator business.

Its Samsung case, delivered through a partnership with Student Beans, reports 19 million impressions and 17,000 shares for Galaxy Watch and S20 Ultra content across TikTok and YouTube. Paid and organic activity contributed to the result. The agency handled creator selection, negotiations and creative direction around showing the products in use.

For a TikTok Shop brief, ask for separate evidence of commerce operations.

Key Services

  • Student and education creator partnerships
  • Creator selection, negotiation and briefing
  • TikTok and YouTube campaign management
  • Content strategy and talent management

Tap Lab’s Unique Edge?

A specific community inside a broad age group

Its student and study-content focus gives an education, app or technology buyer a more precise starting point for casting. The proposed creator’s audience still needs to match your market and the actual use case for your product.

Who is Tap Lab Best For?

Brands with a genuine student or education audience

Education, technology and app teams seeking creator demonstrations or student discovery. Ask for audience geography and life-stage evidence. For an acquisition brief, require a plan that follows the viewer through to installation, registration or another defined action.

9. New-Moon

HoM Score: 3.9/5
London, UK
New-Moon website screenshot

For an event-led launch, the commercial question is what survives after the guests leave. New-Moon’s Tommy Hilfiger and Shawn Mendes “Classics Reborn” launch connected an in-store appearance with a VIP dinner at London’s House of Koko.

The agency reports 500+ fans in-store and 123,000+ engagements on Tommy Hilfiger’s social accounts for the in-store activity. Its VIP event figures include 47 guests, 40 press attendees and 653,000+ engagements across social channels. These are separately reported measures, not a deduplicated audience total or evidence of sales uplift.

Key Services

New-Moon’s Unique Edge?

Planning the event and its public life together

The Tommy Hilfiger launch gives a buyer two connected formats: access for fans and a press-and-talent occasion. Evaluate the content and coverage each format is supposed to produce, not just the guest list’s prestige.

Who is New-Moon Best For?

Fashion and lifestyle brands commissioning event-led launches

Teams needing talent, hospitality, production and communications to work to one timetable. Agree access, deliverables and amplification before invitations go out. Attendance, posts and reported engagements should remain separate lines in the final report.

10. Coolr

HoM Score: 3.8/5
London, UK
Coolr website screenshot

You cannot brief a creator to “be relevant” and call that a creative idea. Coolr’s Tango Blast campaign with Millie B had an identifiable one: use the rapper’s familiar performance style to introduce the drink. Coolr reports 60.1 million impressions and 70,400 engagements across TikTok and Instagram.

The published figures document attention and response; they do not establish how many people bought the drink. Coolr’s wider offering combines social creative, influencer work and production, making it relevant when the buyer needs the campaign idea developed as well as the creators booked.

Key Services

  • Social and influencer campaign strategy
  • Creator partnerships
  • Content production
  • Ongoing social content and community work

Coolr’s Unique Edge?

A recognisable creative idea built around the talent

The Tango example uses something the audience already associates with its lead creator. For the buyer, the test is whether the product belongs in the idea. A recognisable personality alone is not a campaign concept.

Who is Coolr Best For?

Consumer brands commissioning entertainment-led social campaigns

Food, drink and lifestyle teams with room for a distinct creative voice. Ask to see the product’s role in the concept, the approval timetable and the paid-distribution plan before committing to talent.

11. Buttermilk Agency

HoM Score: 3.8/5
London, UK
Buttermilk Agency website screenshot

A beauty launch can be visible without giving enough people a reason to try the product. Buttermilk’s Prada Beauty case describes a US creator programme built around lip products, with nano-creators contributing everyday demonstrations alongside the brand’s fashion identity.

The agency reports 34.5 million views and 2,600 posts. It also says the balm sold out across US retailers within three weeks. That retail outcome is worth discussing, but the published case does not isolate the sales caused by the creator programme.

Key Services

Buttermilk Agency’s Unique Edge?

Making room for everyday use within a luxury launch

The Prada case shows how a tightly controlled brand identity can coexist with many individual product demonstrations. For a beauty buyer, the important question is how the agency protects product accuracy without making every creator repeat the same script.

Who is Buttermilk Agency Best For?

Beauty brands investing in sustained product trial and visibility

Teams with the samples, stock and operating capacity to support a sizeable creator programme. Clarify which posts are contracted, which arise from gifting, and how content rights are secured. Set expectations for retail reporting before treating visibility as sales impact.

12. The Fifth Agency

HoM Score: 3.7/5
London, UK
The Fifth Agency website screenshot

A parent looking for help has a different reason to watch from a person killing time. The Fifth’s Tommee Tippee “Parent Zone” work built content around that distinction, combining product demonstrations with practical questions and stories from UK and US parent creators.

The agency reports more than 10 million TikTok views over six months, including 2.1 million for its second post. The result supports an account-building brief. For a sales brief, request commercial evidence as well.

The Fifth now identifies itself as part of Social Chain Limited. Buyers comparing the two entries should ask about the proposed teams and scope rather than assuming entirely separate agency groups.

Key Services

The Fifth Agency’s Unique Edge?

A brand channel with a reason for people to return

The Parent Zone idea gives the channel an ongoing subject beyond individual products. Its value to a buyer lies in that repeatable editorial purpose, provided the team can keep finding questions the audience actually needs answered.

Who is The Fifth Agency Best For?

Consumer brands investing in ongoing creator-led channels

Teams needing regular content, community understanding and paid support. Ask how the agency chooses audience questions, handles sensitive product claims and distinguishes channel growth from the commercial outcomes your business expects.

13. Vamp

HoM Score: 3.4/5
UK agency with documented London activations
Vamp website screenshot

“Diverse casting” is too vague when the brief is to reach a particular community. VAMP UK works in entertainment publicity, creator casting and partnerships, with a specific focus on Black audiences and cultural relevance.

Its Black Panther: Wakanda Forever work involved collaboration with Disney’s PR team on UK publicity and influencer strategy. Alongside press access and premiere guestlisting, the campaign included a TikTok moment with Victor Kunda and Nife that received more than four million views. That figure concerns the individual piece of content, not the film’s total campaign reach or box-office impact.

VAMP UK is not the similarly named creator-marketing platform.

Key Services

  • Film, television and entertainment publicity
  • Influencer casting and partnerships
  • Screenings, premieres and event guestlisting
  • Talent representation and brand collaborations

Vamp’s Unique Edge?

Choosing the audience’s relevant voices, not just visible faces

The Wakanda Forever example combined specialist press, creators and entertainment access. For a studio or brand, assess who can carry the story credibly and what those people will be able to make with the access provided.

Who is Vamp Best For?

Entertainment and consumer brands engaging Black British audiences

Teams needing culturally specific publicity and creator coordination. Ask how casting reflects the intended audience, how the agency’s contribution fits the wider launch and what will be measured beyond event attendance.

14. Stride Social LTD

HoM Score: 3.2/5
London, UK
Stride Social LTD website screenshot

For a product people need to see in use, the demonstration is the argument. Stride Social’s Meta Quest campaign used product-review creators to show the headset’s capabilities. It reports 1.1 million+ views, 134,000+ likes and 6,000+ shares.

The case’s wider language refers to customer acquisition, but its published figures do not quantify new customers. Stride’s creator-led business offers campaign strategy, production and talent relationships for brands seeking that kind of product explanation.

Key Services

  • Influencer campaign strategy and sourcing
  • Product demonstrations and creator briefs
  • UGC production
  • Talent management and brand partnerships

Stride Social LTD’s Unique Edge?

A product shown through a creator’s established format

Product-review creators already have a way of explaining what something does and why it might be useful. The buying question is whether that format answers your customer’s hesitation, rather than simply making the product look impressive.

Who is Stride Social LTD Best For?

Technology and consumer brands needing clear demonstrations

Teams commissioning product-led content from relevant creators. Agree which features must be shown, what claims need substantiation and whether the content must also work as a paid ad. For acquisition, request results beyond views and reactions.

15. Connect Management

HoM Score: 2.9/5
London, UK
Connect Management website screenshot

Be clear about which side of the business you are hiring. Connect separates talent representation through Connect Management from campaign delivery through Connect Agency.

For Aldi’s Team GB partnership at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Connect’s work index reports 4.1 million views and 64,200 engagements. The campaign account describes six creators making content at UK fan zones and a TikTok event in Paris, connecting the supermarket’s sponsorship with experiences fans could recognise.

Reported views and engagement do not establish retail sales.

Key Services

  • Creator strategy and campaign management through Connect Agency
  • Product seeding and content production
  • Paid media and social-media management
  • Talent representation through Connect Management

Connect Management’s Unique Edge?

Campaign delivery alongside an established talent business

The group offers both creator relationships and a separate agency service. Before appointing it, ask whether recommended talent will come from its own roster, external representation or both, and how the commercial arrangements will be disclosed.

Who is Connect Management Best For?

Brands turning sponsorships and events into creator campaigns

Teams seeking casting, production and amplification together. Put campaign delivery, rights negotiation and reporting into the scope explicitly. Access to talent should not be mistaken for a commitment to manage the whole marketing programme.

16. Digital Streamers

HoM Score: 2.3/5
London is listed in a talent-page address; the main site lists New York. Confirm the delivery office.
Digital Streamers website screenshot

A beauty campaign has to make the product understandable, not merely visible. Digital Streamers’ TRESemmé Violet Blonde Shine launch combined a YouTube panel, day-in-the-life videos and Instagram product demonstrations linked to shopping destinations.

The November 2018 case reports 386,027+ views and 626,148+ impressions, with seven creators and at least 26 posts. The agency handled production and editing, and TRESemmé received rights to share the content on its own channels. This is a dated but specific delivery example; it should prompt a request for comparable recent work, not be presented as a current performance benchmark.

Its published influencer offering also documents a 2022 Primark TikTok programme involving 24 creators and more than 1.5 million in reported reach.

Key Services

  • Influencer casting and campaign management
  • Creative strategy and production
  • Paid partnerships
  • Reporting and data analysis

Digital Streamers’ Unique Edge?

Production and reuse planned alongside creator distribution

The TRESemmé work covered both the creators’ posts and material the brand could publish itself. That distinction matters when your team needs reusable assets rather than exposure that ends with the partnership.

Who is Digital Streamers Best For?

Beauty and fashion teams needing managed creator production

Buyers combining product demonstrations, campaign coordination and reusable content. Request a recent, market-relevant case and confirm the team’s location, production responsibilities and rights package before comparing the fee with other proposals.

17. Sixteenth

HoM Score: 2.3/5
London-listed talent business with an international roster
Sixteenth website screenshot

A creator’s representative and a brand’s campaign agency have different jobs. Sixteenth is primarily a talent-management business, building creators’ careers and commercial partnerships.

Its published history records a Google Pixel partnership in 2017 and subsequent work spanning social collaborations, events and other media. That establishes partnership experience. It does not disclose the Pixel campaign’s spend, sales or other advertiser outcomes. Creator subscriber growth is not a substitute for those figures.

Shortlist Sixteenth for talent access; its published history is not a full-service performance case.

Key Services

  • Creator representation and career management
  • Brand partnership negotiation
  • Speaking, event and media opportunities
  • Creator business development

Sixteenth’s Unique Edge?

A continuing relationship with the person behind the audience

An ongoing representative can help negotiate a partnership around a creator’s availability, priorities and existing commitments. For the buyer, the value is access and continuity; the brand still needs clear ownership of strategy and measurement.

Who is Sixteenth Best For?

Brands seeking a particular creator or long-term talent relationship

Teams that already own their campaign strategy, or have another agency handling it. Ask for relevant partnership examples, category restrictions, usage rights and deliverables. Keep advertiser reporting responsibilities explicit rather than assuming they accompany a talent booking.

18. Genflow

HoM Score: 1.8/5
London, UK, with additional international offices
Genflow website screenshot

Building a creator’s business is a different assignment from running an advertiser’s influencer campaign. Genflow sits strongly on the creator-business side, combining talent management with support for apps, memberships and physical products.

Its published portfolio names businesses including The Productivity Method, Neutonic and Shreddy, alongside creator-brand partnerships. These are concrete examples of its business-building scope. The material reviewed does not disclose a comparable, quantified advertiser campaign outcome that would justify ranking Genflow by marketing return.

For a creator collaboration or co-developed product, this operating model may fit. For outsourced campaign delivery, require separate evidence.

Key Services

  • Creator management and brand partnerships
  • Creator-led product and business development
  • App and membership development
  • E-commerce operations and growth support

Genflow’s Unique Edge?

Working on the business behind the creator’s audience

Its scope can extend beyond negotiating a post to developing what the creator sells. That becomes relevant when the brief involves a co-created product or a lasting commercial partnership rather than a fixed campaign flight.

Who is Genflow Best For?

Creator-led businesses and brands exploring deeper creator partnerships

Buyers considering product collaborations, talent relationships or business development. Establish whether you are procuring campaign services, representation or a product-development partnership. Ask for evidence relevant to that exact purchase; roster size will not answer the question.

19. Fox Communications

HoM Score: 1.8/5
London, UK, and New York
Fox Communications website screenshot

A hotel stay can produce a beautiful feed and an inconclusive business report. Fox Communications’ Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain case is useful because it documents what the agency arranged and what the creators delivered.

For an October 2018 trip, Fox planned a four-night itinerary around the hotel and destination, with posting expectations agreed beforehand. It reports 320 Instagram Stories and 52 static Instagram posts, against a combined creator following of 1,244,800. That follower total is potential audience, not verified campaign reach. The case also reports estimated PR values; those should not be treated as booking revenue or return on investment.

This is historical evidence of a luxury travel activation, not a current booking-performance benchmark. It positions Fox as an integrated communications partner rather than an influencer-only performance agency.

Key Services

  • Luxury brand communications and PR
  • Influencer selection and hosted trips
  • Celebrity and talent partnerships
  • Event, destination and hospitality promotion

Fox Communications’ Unique Edge?

Designing the hosted experience around the coverage brief

The itinerary and publishing expectations were part of the same plan. A hospitality buyer can evaluate the practical work: what guests will experience, what they have agreed to publish and how the property will participate in production.

Who is Fox Communications Best For?

Luxury hospitality teams combining PR with influencer activity

Hotels and travel brands seeking coordinated hosted visits and wider communications. Request a recent case, include hosting costs in the budget and agree how qualified traffic or booking enquiries will be tracked. Content volume alone cannot settle the commercial question.

Conclusion

Before you invite agencies to pitch, finish this sentence: “We will consider this investment worthwhile if…” Put the answer in every brief you send.

Then ask each contender to bring a comparable campaign and explain the original objective, the work it owned, the money included in the reported result and what it would change next time. Ask to meet the people who would deliver your programme. A polished case study should open that conversation, not close it.

For a brief combining creator partnerships, reusable content and paid distribution, request a free campaign proposal from House of Marketers. Bring the objective, target market and budget. We can then discuss the work that belongs in the plan, and the evidence you should expect from it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Comparable minimum fees have not been verified across this shortlist. Request an itemised proposal separating strategy, management, creator payments, production, usage rights and paid media. Add travel, samples, event production or hosting where relevant. For a commission-based quote, ask what the percentage applies to and what sits outside it. Two identical headline fees can purchase very different amounts of work.

Start with a relevant named campaign, then examine the proposed team and scope. Ask for the campaign’s market, objective, measurement period and reporting method. Request a sample report and a reference from a client with a comparable brief. Confirm who owns accounts, approvals and data access. A London office is useful for collaboration; it does not establish audience fit.

There is no common, verified results timetable for these agencies. Separate casting and production lead times from the period needed to evaluate performance. Agree launch milestones and review dates around the outcome you are buying. A timed event, an ongoing brand channel and an acquisition programme need different evaluation periods. Ask what an early result would justify changing, rather than accepting a blanket promise of success within a fixed number of weeks.

Buy the responsibilities your team cannot cover, rather than assuming an agency is always the larger or better answer. A freelancer may own a defined assignment; an agency may supply several specialists and continuity across casting, production, media and reporting. Verify the actual arrangement in each proposal. This shortlist also includes talent representatives, whose role may be negotiating a creator partnership rather than managing your whole campaign.

The reviewed campaigns include TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with specialist formats such as Twitch in YRS TRULY’s gaming work. Choose the platform for the audience and action required. Then ask for evidence of that specific service: making creator content, managing a brand account, buying ads and running commerce operations are different commitments.

Methods differ. Tap Lab works with a focused talent roster, while Buttermilk describes broader brand-fan and creator programmes. Ask candidates to show the evidence behind an actual recommendation: audience geography, relevant past content, recent sponsored performance and any competing-brand commitments. Clarify whether the agency represents the recommended creator and how fees are disclosed. A database match should begin the assessment, not finish it.
